number of questions that continue to be asked. I have developed this page to answer those

-
Do I need to be a member to come to Galleria Domain 2?
Yes you do. The only way you may attend the club and not be a member is to come as the guest of
an Executive Member.
-
Can I just come to the club and sign up for membership?
No, you may sign up at a Newcomer's Social (although you will not be able to stay that evening)
or by printing the application form from the
website and mailing it to the post office box. . There is no other way to sign up for
membership.
-
When are memberships processed?
Applications for the following weekend must be received at our mailbox by 7:00 AM on Thursday
morning. Please allow adequate time for snail-mail. Applications will be processed
no later than Thursday evening as the door lists are printed at that time. We cannot
make special exceptions for last minute applicants.
-
How will you know you have received and processed my application?
As soon as your membership application is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your
member number and information about the club.
-
How old must I be to become a member?
You must be 21 years of age. (Join for your birthday. We'll help you celebrate.)
-
When is the club open?
The club is open Friday and Saturday nights from 8:00 PM until 3:00 AM. Please check the calendar
for additional information regarding special hours.
-
What is a Trial Membership?
A Trial Membership allows you to try our organization for a period of 21 consecutive days to see if you
like the people and the atmosphere. It costs $25 and if you decide to upgrade to a regular
membership before your trial membership has expired, you need only pay an additional $10.
-
What is an administrative fee and why do you have it?
The administrative fee is $50 and covers the cost of paperwork and time to reinstate
your account after it has lapsed for non-payment of dues.
-
What is a Regular Membership?
A Regular Membership allows you to attend as many times as the club is open during the month
for $35. This membership may be paid annually, quarterly or monthly. We will bill you on the
schedule you select. After joining you may pay by mail or by credit card. You may also pay
while at the club for future months. You may not, however, pay for the current month while
at the club.
-
Do I have to sign up for a year at a time?
We have no contract that demands you stay a member for a specified period of time.
You may stop being a member by simply notifying the Membership Manager (that is me for
right now) and you will be dropped at the end of the month. If you decide to drop out
for a few months and then sign up again, you will be charged the administrative fee each time you rejoin.
-
What is the difference between the Executive Membership and Regular Membership?
An Executive member has the same benefits as the regular member except you are allowed
to bring a guest once per month. The cost of the executive membership is $55. This membership
works well for couples who may not be able to attend as often due to family obligations or distance
from the club.
-
What is the Platinum Executive Membership?
This is a newly designed membership for those who wish to bring a friend or partner each time
they come to the club. The cost of the membership is $80 per month. The member must declare
they want this type of membership prior to the beginning of the month and there will be no
upgrades allowed during the month. The member is strictly responsible for the actions of
their guests under this type of membership.
-
What if I am a Regular member and wish to bring a guest?
You may upgrade your membership to Executive for that month by paying the difference of $20. The
membership upgrade fee will be added to your account. For those who choose to pay cash, the fee will
be due when you pay your next month's dues. Those who pay with credit cards will be charged when
membership information is updated each week.
-
What happens if I cancel my membership with a balance due on
my account?
We are not going to take you to court for $20. However, if you wish to
reinstate your membership, there will be a "non-payment" penalty of $100 assessed in addition to the
balance due on your account. This is above and beyond the standard $50 administrative reinstatement fee.
-
How do I pay for my membership?
Membership is paid in advance. You may pay by credit card, check,
money order or cash. Checks and money orders must be made payable to Galleria Domain Two NFP.
Your initial payment or credit card information must accompany your membership application.
Subsequently, e-bills will be sent to notify members of their dues obligations.
-
How does the e-billing work?
The billing is done annually, quarterly or monthly by e-mail. The annual e-bill is sent in
December. The quarterly e-bills are sent in March (April, May, June),
June (July, August, September), September (October, November, December) and
December (January, February, March). Monthly e-bills are sent monthly. The e-billing is done
on the 25th of the month. If you chose to pay by credit card we process your payment 24
hours after the e-bill is sent. If you chose to pay by check, money order or cash you may either
mail your payment to our post office box or pay at the club for future months during
one of your visits.
-
What if I am a few days late with my payment after the first of
the month?
Your membership is cancelled. You may not come to the club to pay current
months dues. Dues can only be paid at the club in advance. Please don't ask me to make exceptions
for your special case. It makes me really feel bad when I must say no.
-
Are there any other hidden charges I must pay when I attend?
The only payment you must make is for your membership. There are no entrance fees or other charges.
Of course, donations are always gratefully accepted.
-
We used to pay a much smaller price for a membership and give a gratuity at the door. It was much less expensive, why can't we do this anymore?
Galleria Domain 2 is a membership organization. We cannot ask
for any kind of a gratuity or fee at the door. The membership fees must cover our expenses.
-
May I take pictures at the club?
No photographs may be taken at the club.
-
May I use a cell phone at the club?
Yes, but you must not allow it to ring or answer in the scene rooms. Cell phones
should be used in the main social area only.
-
What do I do if I am unsure if an activity is allowed at Galleria Domain 2?
