A prospective member must be 21 years of age. He/she may obtain a membership application by clicking on the links below. The application
may be completed and mailed to the address listed below along with the first payment. Please allow
adequate time for snail-mail and processing. Membership applications arriving at the post office box
later than 7:00 AM on Thursday will not be processed until the following week. MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS CANNOT BE
PROCESSED AT THE DOOR ON YOUR ORIGINAL VISIT TO THE CLUB. We require original signature on the application. The form may not be
faxed. Required information will be name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, full birth
date and how the individual plans to pay for membership. We will allow payments by credit card,
cash, money order or check. Memberships must be paid in advance.
Email confirmation of your membership will be sent as soon as the application is processed.
Membership cards will be dispensed to members upon their first visit after presenting their
driver’s license. Thereafter, admittance to the club will be granted upon presentation of their
driver’s license and membership card.
We will offer a Trial Membership
for $25, which will be good for unlimited visits
during a period of 21 days. Membership application must be made in advance of the
first planned visit. Payment will be submitted with the application.
Membership applications cannot be
processed at the door on your original visit to the club.
The information will be the same as required for a Regular Membership.
If the person holding the trial membership wishes to convert to a
Regular Membership during the month the trial membership is purchased he or she may so
at any time before the month ends by paying an additional $10. Only two trial memberships
per 12-month period will be allowed. We would hope the decision to join the club would be
able to be made with only one trial membership.
The Regular Membership rate will be $35 per month for unlimited
visits to the club. Membership application must be made in advance of the first
planned visit. The billing cycle (monthly, quarterly or yearly) will be selected on the membership
application and the first payment must accompany the application. A billing notification will be sent to the current
e-mail address of record on the 25th of each month for the following month’s membership.
This membership must be paid by the 1st. No admittance into the club will be
allowed after the membership has lapsed.
All memberships end on the last day of the month.
A new application, dues payment and a $50 administrative fee must be submitted to reinstate
the membership.
Additional options available for Regular Membership:
R-1 will allow a regular member to bring one guest per month. The additional fee for this option will be $10.
R-2 will allow a regular member to bring two guests per month. The additional fee for this option will be $20.
Either option may be selected during a calendar month.
The Platinum Membership
rate will be $80 per month for unlimited
visits to the club. This will entitle the member to come to the club as often as the club
is open with the ability to bring one guest each time. Guests will be required to present a
current Driver's License and sign a Release of Liability Waiver. The member will be responsible
for the actions of the guest. For current members this membership classification must be
selected and paid prior to the first of each month and there will be no upgrades allowed
during the month. Membership application must be made in advance of the first planned
visit. The billing cycle (monthly, quarterly or yearly) will be selected on the membership
application and the first payment must accompany the application. A billing notification
